Program Leader
As a Program leader you will be interacting with the floor supervisors and Program Managers. You will be micro-managing campaigns. Interacting with cross-functional teams and assist the Program managers in driving campaigns. Reporting will play a crucial part in your work.

Experience:
3 -5 years in ITES
Desired Profile:
- Experience in Business to Business or Business to Customer campaigns
- Outbound sales & marketing.
- Excellent communication skills (Written/Spoken)
- Well versed in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Team handling skills
- Client servicing or Client handling experience
- Should be open for night shifts
- Should have very good interpersonal skills.
- Exposure to IT sales or Marketing preferred
- Should be proactive in picking up new skills & knowledge
