- Remote management for Windows Server DNS, DHCP & Active Directory.
- Inbound Support for: Remote Management of Remote Server DNS, IIS6.0, MSSQL 2003/2005
- Configuration of NS, DNS, IIS Webhosting & providing security.
- Configuration and maintenance of Windows 2003 Server Active Directory, implementation of DHCP, DNS, IIS.
- Configuration & maintenance of Sonic Wall 4060 Firewall & Sonic wall TZ170.
- Configuration & maintenance of Cyber Roam security appliances.
- Configuration & maintenance of VOIP device & gateway (packet8).
- Configuration & maintenance of Desktop & LAN.
- Maintaining liaison with different ISP's (TATA, AIRCEL, and WEBEL & BSNL).
- Support to the external Clients over Phone or using remote management software.
- Vendor Management.
- Manage hardware upgrades and maintain a track of the same.
- Escalating unresolved problems to the hardware vendor for ensuring resolutions.
- Work as a medium in between Top & medium level management.
